ArcMews Property Development was founded in 2016 and has built its reputation in building renovations, domestic, and industrial water meter installations and the niche of our operation being Gabions. We have evolved into a development and construction company with a vast amount of experience and knowledge, ranging from big commercial contracts to refurbishing in most governmental departments. Being eager to try new things and the expert opinions from the hands-on staff we have been going from strength to strength.

Established in 2004 and formerly known as Neet Building Solutions CC, Lutilox was formally registered in 2016 to meet the demands of corporate clients seeking direct engagement. Registered as a PTY Ltd, we are 100% Black-owned with formal BEE accreditation available upon request.
